The ideas4hpc association is seeking funds to support a three-year program devoted to women in early careers in STEM.

The program activities include:

• collaboration with academic and research institutes located in Switzerland,
• organisation of training events,
• creation of opportunities for attendance to and networking at conferences, workshops and other relevant events,
• promotion of career development for women in STEM,
• reinforcement of existing connections with European and international colleagues to act as a blueprint for other initiatives of WHPC in Europe,
• establishment of a mentorship programme in collaboration with WHPC chapters.
