The ideas4hpc association’s mission is:

1. to promote, build and leverage a diverse and inclusive HPC workforce by enabling and energising the HPC community to increase the participation of women and other under-represented groups, as well as to highlight their contribution to the success of supercomputing.
2. to promote the benefits of developing and implementing inclusivity towards institutions and private companies active in the field.
3. to raise awareness of the under-representation of women and of the impact of gender imbalance in the community.
4. to highlight diversity and inclusivity initiatives, actions and their positive results to key stakeholders in the supercomputing community.
5. to raise the visibility of women role models in HPC.
6. to help under-represented groups in HPC with opportunities to develop their individual professional networks
7. to inspire key stakeholders in the supercomputing community to support and embrace diversity and inclusivity initiatives.
